Ebenezer is a Christian charitable agency founded in 1897. We provide comprehensive education, rehabilitation, boarding and employment support services to visually impaired children and youth, including those with multiple disabilities, and visually impaired elderly. We are looking for a right candidate to join our team for the following post:

「有作為」計劃 - 項目主任（註冊社工/輔導員）

職責

為視障學生及青年統籌及策劃與生涯規劃、職涯輔導、職業培訓及工作配對等相關之工作，提升視障青年的能力及就業機會，協助籌備、管理並執行促進就業的創新項目，連繫及支援視障青年、擴展僱主網絡，連繫合作夥伴，以促進共融就業。

要求

  • 註冊社工或持輔導學位或相關資歷

  • 最少一年項目統籌或相關經驗

  • 熱心服務視障群體、具團隊合作精神及優秀溝通能力

  • 性格積極主動，具創意、靈活應變、執行力強，良好中英文會話及書寫
